How to Reach Us
Call us at (501) 473-3920 or find us at 103 N Poplar St, Searcy, AR 72143. We work jobs in Searcy and out to Kensett (4 miles), Judsonia (6 miles), McRae (10 miles), Bald Knob (10 miles), and Beebe (15 miles). If your house sits in one of those towns and your door quit on you, that's the range we run.
Most of the calls we get come from the same stretch of housing: places built between 1975 and 1997, with a lot of it going up in the early-to-mid 1980s. That matters more than people think. A door installed when a house was built in 1983 is a different animal than one put in during a 2015 remodel - different spring sizing, different opener mounting, sometimes different track width. We show up knowing that's likely what we're dealing with before we even open the truck.
Winters here aren't brutal, but they're cold enough that steel contracts, lubricant thickens, and springs that were already tired give out on the first hard cold snap. That's a call pattern we plan for, not a surprise.
Plain Answers
We repair and replace garage doors, springs, openers, tracks, cables, rollers, and panels. That's the work. We don't dress it up as anything more than that.
A good share of the doors we see across Searcy and the surrounding towns - Kensett, Judsonia, McRae, Bald Knob, Beebe - came in with houses built in that 1980s window, and a lot of that original hardware is still hanging on tracks that were never upgraded. Torsion springs from that era were sized for lighter doors than what's often on them now, and openers from a 1980s installation don't talk to a smartphone and shouldn't be expected to.
The area we work isn't dense - it's roughly 6,000 households, close to 3,000 of them owner-occupied houses, spread across small towns rather than stacked into one city grid. Median household income here runs around $43,800, and that shapes how we quote jobs: we'll tell you straight when a spring replacement makes more sense than a full door swap, because a lot of the doors out here are worth fixing, not junking.
We answer the phone plainly and we quote plainly. No runaround, no upsell script.
